Our balanced, delicious and nutritious multi course breakfast always features cage-free eggs, bacon or other breakfast meats, as well as locally sourced fresh fruit and vegetables, organically grown when possible from our neighbors right here in the Skagit Valley.
Gluten-free? Dairy-free? Vegetarian? Vegan? Ancestral (Paleo/Primal)? Just let us know. We will do our best to accommodate.
Guests needing to catch an early morning ferry or just getting a quick start on their day can request a grab-and-go breakfast as early as 7:00 am. Coffee is available starting at 7:00 am and organic tea is available all day in our self serve tea station.
Please let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, or maybe there’s something that is frequently offered for breakfast that you just don’t like. Just let us know and we will try to accommodate.
We start breakfast with fruit, full fat Greek yogurt sweetened with honey or Chia Seed Pudding made with coconut or almond milk. Main course will be eggs, meat and vegetables. Our default assumption is gluten free so if you want toast, or for that matter, juice, please ask if we forget to offer.
We always have milk and cream available for coffee or tea. We also have almond, coconut or whole milk as well as orange juice. Please ask the server if these options are something you prefer.
Typically on weekends we like to alternate breakfasts from this list: Jarlsberg Crustless Quiche, or a Crustless Manchego Spinach (or Swiss Chard or Kale) Quiche, or the “Impossible” Ham and Cheese Pie (From Cook’s Country) often served with asparagus or other veggies on the side as well as bacon or sausage. We also will frequently serve frittatas made with assorted veggies, sour cream and sharp cheddar. Some days we will offer coconut banana pancakes, or creme brulee french toast with eggs scrambled with (or without) cheese. Other options are always available, including but not limited to eggs to order, oatmeal or cereal.
We will tell you more about the breakfast menu at check in so if you know we’re serving something you won’t eat, we can plan substitutions.
