Please cancel room reservations at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance. Cancellations made more than 72 hours (3 days) days prior to check-in will not be charged. We will attempt to re-book rooms for cancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) in advance, and will refund the amount paid for any nights we are able to re-book less a 10% credit card processing fee.
We CANNOT cancel reservations made through other websites. To cancel those reservations you must contact the thrid party website directly and cancel through that site. Failure to do so will leave your reservation intact and you will be held responsible for the reservation and room charges.
Check-in time is normally between 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm, but often times rooms may be ready as early as 1 pm. If you wish an early check-in, we will try to accommodate but if that isn’t possible, you are welcome to take advantage of our amenities before 3:00 pm and we will secure your luggage until your room is ready.
Our front Desk closes at 7:00 pm. Please let us know in advance if you are planning to arrive after 7:00 pm so that we may make arrangements to greet you or issue you a front door code.
Check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-outs are possible but may be subject to a late check-out charge of $20 per hour if it requires staff to have to stay late. Guests scheduling spa services on the morning of check out are always offered a noon checkout (or later – when possible).
Please be sure to double check the room for any items that might have been forgotten like cell phone chargers or reading glasses. We will mail found items to you but to cover our costs we charge $20 plus postage. Otherwise these left items will be donated to the La Conner Soroptimist Club thrift store. Proceeds of their sales go to assisting women and girls in La Conner.
Please cancel spa reservations 24 hours in advance of any scheduled appointment time to avoid being charged $50 for missed or cancelled scheduled treatments.
We allow small and medium sized dogs in all of our rooms. (Sorry large dogs are too often intimidating to other guests and pets, so we ask that you make other arrangements for larger breeds or check with us before booking). We charge $40 per pet per stay. Guests are still responsible for any damage done by their pets. We ask that you not leave your dog alone in the room while you are out. We also ask that you clean up after your pet when going for walks. If you need extra bags, just ask.
We welcome well behaved children. Children must be at least six years old, sorry, no toddlers or infants. They must refrain from running in the inn and must be respectful of other guests. Exceptions for smaller children can be made on weekdays and during slower seasons. However this exception must be made in advance, at time of booking. We do charge $20 per child.
Please let us know of any food allergies or dietary restrictions that you have prior to or at check in so that we can provide for your dietary needs.
Breakfast is served between 8am and 9:30am. Guests needing to catch an early morning ferry or just getting a quick start on their day can request a grab-and-go breakfast as early as 7:00 am. Please request early breakfasts at check-in or at time of booking. Room service is available for an additional $10 per guest.
Our Inn is 100% a non-smoking facility. In accordance with Washington state law, smoking is prohibited in the rooms, on the decks, balconies and anywhere within 25 feet of the building. A minimum cleaning fee of $150 will be charged to anyone who smokes in these areas.
Also, candles or open flames of any type are not allowed in the rooms.
Reservations made more than six months in the future are subject to any necessary rate increases.
