We offer massage from 8:00 to 6:30, daily. After hours, please add $15.00.
Appointments and Reservations
Reservations can be made at the Reception Desk or by calling 360-399-1074. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card. Some of our specialty services are subject to the availability of the therapist. We encourage you to book in advance to ensure availability.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Missing an appointment or canceling an appointment within 24 hours may result in a $50.00 fee for each missed appointment.
When to Arrive
To fully indulge in your spa experience, we suggest that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time to check in, change, and enjoy a cup of tea to begin the relaxation process. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment time, which will end as scheduled so that the next guest may begin promptly. In this case, you will be charged the full amount of your originally scheduled treatment.
What to Wear
Please feel free to wear your robe to the spa. Street clothes or your tuxedo are also fine – whatever makes you comfortable. Our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort. They’re also happy to answer any privacy questions you may have.
Gratuities
Gratuities are greatly appreciated by our therapists. You may have them added to your room bill, leave them in an envelope at the front desk or with your therapist. Normal gratuities are 15%. Treatments over two hours will have an 18% gratuity automatically added.
