We offer spa services starting at 10:00 am and taking our last appointment at 6:00 pm, seven days a week. Spa services extending past 7 pm are subject to a $15 after hours fee. We are closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day. We close at 3 pm on July 4th, Labor Day and Christmas Eve.
Appointments and Reservations
Reservations can be made online, via this link, up to two days in advance. Reservations can also be made at the Reception Desk or by calling 360-399-1074. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card. Some of our specialty services are subject to the availability of the therapist. We encourage you to book in advance to ensure availability.
As a courtesy to other guests and our therapists, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. Missing an appointment or canceling an appointment within 24 hours will result in a $50.00 fee for each missed appointment, as we pay our therapists regardless.
When to Arrive
To fully indulge in your spa experience, we suggest that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time to check in, change, and enjoy a cup of tea to begin the relaxation process. If you are running late, a phone call is always appreciated. Your treatment will end as scheduled so that the next guest may begin promptly. In this case, you will be charged the full amount of your originally scheduled treatment.
What to Wear
Please feel free to wear your robe to the spa. Street clothes or your tuxedo are also fine – whatever makes you comfortable. Our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort. They’re also happy to answer any privacy questions you may have.
Gratuities are greatly appreciated by our therapists. A typical gratuity is 10-20%.
